WHO:
Massage is vital if you are stressed or injured, and wonderful even if you are not. In addition to just feeling good, it restores vital energy and flushes toxins from the body. Every one of my massages is individually designed based on your personal needs. I use mainly Eastern modalities to relax, ease pain, assist with healing of injuries, and increase range of motion.
HOW:
Massages are usually performed on a mat or table. Clothing is usually worn, although not necessary. If you do choose to wear clothes then they should be comfortable and loose fitting. My number one goal is your comfort, health, and happiness.
TRAINING:
I have completed an extensive training program in Shiatsu, Accupressure, Myofascial release, and deep tissue techniques at the National Holistic Institute. I am continuing my education and will soon be incorporating the following techniques into my work: Swedish, Sports massage, reflexology, Thai, Hot Stone therapy, Lymphatic, and pregnancy massage. I am offering this promtion as a means of gaining hours toward my CMT certification.
WHERE:
My studio is located in west Oakland, or I can come to the location of your choice (anywhere within the Bay Area). Please add a $10 surcharge for travel.
Also available to work at your office, place of business, or event. Special event pricing is available.
I also have package deals and lower rates for purchasing multiple sessions in advance.
